Forward Controls Design’s Joint Muzzle device Wrench takes the complexity out of changing out AR-15 muzzle devices. Billet machined from 4140, the JMW is a double sided muzzle wrench that has a 3/4 wrench with a 0.23 thickness that works with the standard A2 compensator, and on the other end has another 3/4 wrench with a 0.20 thickness. The slightly thinner end is designed to interface with a multitude of different muzzle devices.

Billet machined from 4140, the JMW is a double sided muzzle wrench that has a 3/4 wrench with a 0.23 thickness that works with the standard A2 compensator, and on the other end has another 3/4 wrench with a 0.20 thickness. The Joint Muzzle device Wrench is designed to be used with a torque wrench on 1/2 drive. To aid in applying the right amount of pressure, the JMW’s recommended torque values (20 to 30 ft/lb) are engraved on the wrench.

    If you enjoy building rifles don’t waste your money on tools just buy the good ones first. This works exceptionally well and reduces the risk of hitting the handguard. Thin and strong, I couldn’t be happier!
