The Ape Defense cheek riser quite literally fills the gap in your current night vision height setup or those looking for a more natural, heads up shooting position. Being able to keep your head up is great, but losing your cheek weld sucks. The riser removes that downside to taller optic mounts and allows you to maintain a proper cheek weld and additional point of contact/reference on the platform.

APE SBA3 Cheek Riser 

This rugged, 15% carbon fiber reinforced high temperature Nylon riser is made for the SB Tactical SBA3 brace, raising the shooter’s eye about 1 inch for use with raised optics. Preinstalled 3M adhesive strips help retain the product alongside the strap which provides additional mechanical retention. With the stock fully closed, the charging handle will still be operational. The charging handle cut-out and buckle section is reinforced to ensure lasting quality and durability. Works with most aftermarket straps.

    Perfect cheek rise for 2.26″ mount with PA 3x MicroPrism
    I have a split-fix strap and needed larger openings to feed the strap through. Nothing a hairdryer can’t solve.
